Putin declares martial law in annexed regions

Russian President Vladimir Putin is doubling down in Ukraine by declaring martial law in the four regions it illegally annexed. Russian troops are relocating up to 60,000 people in Kherson as they prepare for an expected Ukrainian counteroffensive. Holly Williams reports.
