Lustre Parfait is the first single to drop from the coming collaborative album from Gord Downie and Bob Rock.
Downie, the late frontman of the Tragically Hip, and legendary producer Rock began work on the project almost a decade ago when the HIp were in studio with Rock for 2006s World Container and 2009s We Are All the Same. During those sessions, Downie approached Rock inquiring if he had any music that he could write for.

“First and foremost Gord was my friend, and having the opportunity to work with him on these songs was one of the biggest highlights of my professional life,” says Rock in the single press release. “I am grateful that I got to witness his genius in such close proximity.”
